This is such a great place! Volunteers are compassionate and kind. The food boxes are well stocked with 2 to 3 proteins, fruits and vegetables, legumes, rice, and a few snack items. Choice of breads, extra vegies/fruits, water or drinks. A truly appreciated resource!

It was awesome! I went with a friend of mine and we got so much food! The volunteers treated us with nothing less than kindness and respect and actually enjoyed what they were doing with smiles. If you are running low on groceries but a little skeptical because of the way a lot of food bank volunteers treat folks, no worries! We felt welcomed here and not like a herd of cattle with a number waiting to be called. I forgot to take a picture of the outside of it but FYI even though it's through Parkland First Baptist Church it's actually out of a house. Great Place!

I used this food bank for years, I worked here for years (recently, I'm 26), and I did my high school mandatory volunteer work here. There are not a nicer group of people you will ever meet. I'm a shy person by nature and they took care of me every time I was there, no matter how old or why I was there. They're amazing people!

I'm sad that I can only get one box a month?! One box a week would be ideal! But what's really important are the same ladies I see Everytime I go. In the office, bless your heart sweet lady! The men that are there to help out and carry your food box to your car! I wish someone would give them out to a nice dinner for 2 out to eat somewhere nice. A spa day, a pedicure, a gift card? These volunteers go out of their way to help and get the families what they need to feed them for a couple of days during the month. I'm so grateful for each one that helps out here! From my family, Thank you for your help and support. Godspeed! I pray for God to let joy rain down on all of us!!
